Less Lethal (OC/Baton/Handcuffing) - Hybrid Course
HYBRID course covering the lawful use of OC spray, expandable baton, and mechanical restraints. Complete the online coursework, then attend hands-on training and scenario-based evaluation across all three tools. Online coursework covers Maryland use-of-force law, the force continuum, and articulation. Certificate and Certifier digital badge issued on completion. October practical training: Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Eight Point Solutions, 7404 Executive Place, 5th Floor, Suite L-17, Lanham, MD 20706. Available practical sessions are 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:15–7:15 p.m. Eastern. Confirm your selected practical session with EPS at 410-525-5775 after enrollment. Tuition: $150. This course is not a nationwide carry permit or authorization to use force.
