Hybrid course covering the lawful use of OC spray, expandable baton, and mechanical restraints. Online coursework covers Maryland use-of-force law, the force continuum, and articulation. In-person training delivers hands-on instruction and scenario-based evaluation across all three tools. Certificate and Certifier digital badge issued on completion.
