Business Development Associate

 About Role -
- As a BDA, you are reaching out to aspiring career professionals and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape. 
- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how Scaler can help them.
- Following up with existing aspiring career professionals to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities through the power of Scaler
- Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets

Must-Have
- 0-2  years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services
- An undergraduate degree in any stream.Preferred stream - B. Tech
- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- A passion for sales and target achievement Preliminary knowledge of LS

Education:
* UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)
* PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Experience: 0–2 years
Age: Up to 29 years

Background: EdTech experience or Freshers

Good-to-Have
- Expertise in K12 and other tech-based domains 
- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product 
- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage
