The successful candidate will transform raw footage and creative assets into clear, visually appealing videos that communicate the company's message and support its outreach goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, pacing, and digital content formats who can work independently and deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into professional and engaging video content.

Create videos for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Add transitions, titles, captions, graphics, and other visual elements.

Adjust audio levels, color, timing, and video quality.

Select appropriate footage, music, and visual assets for each project.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.

Repurpose existing videos into different lengths and platform formats.

Organize video files, project assets, and completed deliverables.

Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.

Coordinate with marketing and content teams on project requirements.

Deliver final videos in the appropriate formats and resolutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrable video editing experience or a portfolio of completed projects.

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.

Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and captioning.

Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Reliable internet access and appropriate computer equipment for remote work.
