CSV-100G: Customer Service Course

CSV-100G is the Eight Point Solutions Customer Service Course, a 4-hour online course for employees, managers, servers, bartenders, retail and hospitality staff, receptionists, teachers, event volunteers, and church or community staff. Delivered self-paced on the EPS Portal from Lanham, Maryland, the course trains you to communicate clearly, recognize an escalating contact, explain a rule with a reason and an option, refer entry screening to designated security staff, resolve or hand off complaints, and support VIP arrivals with discretion. Content draws on ASIS International professional conduct guidance and International Association of Venue Managers guest services practice, adapted to ordinary workplace roles. Tuition is $25.00. The official CSV-100G Course Syllabus, Version 1.0 is included in Module 1. Five modules cover your role in the guest experience, professional communication, conflict resolution and de-escalation, explaining rules and referring access problems, and complaint handling and VIP guest support. Completion requires all five modules, every module quiz passed at 80 percent or higher, the 50-item final examination passed at 90 percent or higher within two attempts, and the ten-item course sign-off. The EPS Customer Service Certification is serial-numbered, recorded in the EPS registry, verifiable through the EPS Portal, and valid for two years. The credential documents completion of EPS training. It is not a professional license, government certification, first aid or CPR card, or authority to eject, detain, search, or use force. It does not replace workplace procedures or the emergency action plan. CSV-100G is governed by EPS-DIR-001 and the CSV-100G Course Syllabus, Version 1.0. Built to be taken alongside GEX-100G, the EPS Guest Experience Course. Samuel Romanzo, Training Director. Kawika Rogers, Managing Partner.
