Call Center Operator

Galera Plants is looking for a Remote Call Center Operator / Sales Manager based in Moldova to work with customers from Romania.

You will contact customers who have already submitted a request and are interested in our products. This is not cold calling — we provide a ready-made customer database.

The position is fully remote and full-time. The schedule is 5 days on / 2 days off, with the possibility to choose your days off in advance. Evening shifts are also available.

Income: 12,000–15,000 MDL + performance bonuses. Payments are made weekly.

• Contact customers from a ready-made warm lead database.

• Consult customers about products and current offers.

• Confirm orders and delivery details.

• Offer additional products and promotions when appropriate.

• Enter and update customer and order information in the CRM system.

• Follow provided sales scripts and company procedures.

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style with customers.

• Fluent or confident Romanian and Russian.

• Computer or laptop.

• Headset with a microphone.

• Stable internet connection.

• Ability to work full-time from a quiet environment.

• Responsible, reliable and results-oriented.

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.

Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage, but not required — full training is provided
