Job Description
We are looking for experienced Spanish tutors for a short-term project involving recorded, one-on-one tutoring sessions with native English-speaking learners at different proficiency levels.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead engaging, one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
Adapt lessons to each learner's proficiency level and assigned topics.
Encourage natural, substantive back-and-forth conversation.
Follow the provided lesson structure and project instructions.
Conduct sessions
Keep sessions focused and avoid extended dead air or off-topic conversation.
Sessions must run for at least 20 minutes and will generally last 20–30 minutes.
Requirements
Who Should Apply
Fluent Spanish speakers with strong verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least three years of Spanish teaching or tutoring experience.
Experience teaching native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
Ability to adapt lesson structure and communication style to individual learners.
Reliable availability and a strong record of punctuality.
Comfort participating in recorded online sessions.
Tutors from a range of Spanish-speaking backgrounds, including Spain, Mexico, and other regions, are encouraged to apply.
